Mom_JennyCraig: Day 29
Ongoing blog series from TNG President's Mom who took on the challenge of using TNG client Jenny Craig's program:
This has been my most challenging week yet. I spent 3 days at the Oregon Coast with family. I took my Jenny Craig (JC) food and for the most part stayed right on the program. I was ecstatic when I checked in at JC and had lost another 1.2 LB. I am now down 8.3lbs., which brings me to 146.4, the lowest I've been in more then two years. The JC meals are continuing to be very tasty and fulfilling. I prepare a huge salad for the week and have salad with my lunch and dinner meals. Two of my favorite JC meals have been the french toast with berries for breakfast and the turkey burger dressed up with fresh tomatos, onion and lettuce for lunch. I have only had a couple meals, Turkey Club Panini and Broccoli and Cheese Potato that I might substitute something for something else next time. I really like the fact that I am able to help in planning my weekly meals.
